Complaints regarding non-disclosure, dividend non-payment, AGM/EGM issues or corporate governance breaches by listed issuers should be filed with the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). DSE forwards investor representations to BSEC and the issuer's compliance officer for resolution.
